Vladimir Vano is Group Economist and Head of Communications, CentralNic plc (AIM: CNIC), for the Slovak market.  CentralNic plc is the global software platform company supporting subscription web services including domain names. Vladimir has an impressive international career of over twenty years in the banking, research, consulting and media sectors, having also served as external advisor for monetary affairs to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Slovak Republic.  Mister Vano also serves on the Supervisory Board of the Pontis Foundation, one of the leading philanthropic foundations in Slovakia, and he is part of the Faculty of the European Journalism Institute in Prague.

Monika Oravcova is an innovative, dynamic and accomplished leader with experience in top level IT/ Cyber Security domains in telecom, finance and manufacturing industry. She has a bachelor’s degree from Pan-European University in Bratislava, attending Master’s at Nottingham Trent University.

She is specialising in implementing the right business controls, developing information security strategy across advanced technology environments, managing the risk and embedding security through training and awareness programs.

In her most recent assignment as a Co-founder and COO of Naoris, blockchain based cyber security start-up, established in London, she illuminates the way for the new innovative technology to enter the mass market.

Milan Račić is Chief Growth Officer at Gideon Brothers, which builds autonomous, collaborative and modular robots. He is the father of five children who writes and speaks on strategy, leadership and change management. He has been published in the Wall Street Journal and is a regular newspaper columnist and commentator on TV. He built his career in aerospace in Canada (Bombardier), the United States and Germany (Fairchild Dornier). He has a master’s degree in law from McGill University, a law degree from the University of Manitoba, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto. He was admitted to the bar of New York in 1996. He has been fomenting a bloodless revolution in Croatia since 2006.

Peter Tarina, CEO of Avita International, a nutirtional supplements provider. Peter has a vast knowledge of sales within the FMCG area, having worked for companies sucha s ST.NICOLAUS and Nestlé among others. Peter alos had a spell in within the pharma industry for Omega Pharma, A Perrigo Company.

Working in an ever changing world where competition is cut throat Peter managed to deliver the numbers. Each company he jkoins sees revenues increase and owners happy. He is the guy to deliver the agreed.

Damián Kováč, an ardent agile supporter. Brought up in Malta, where innovation is a must to survive. Damián got his MBA at the University of Malta. During his studies he gave back to his community, representing students in student and university councils. After completing studies, Damián worked for some of the top telecomunications companies.

Most rerenctly he became chairman of Zduženie Priateľov Branných Športov o.z., an NGO that has been around for 14 years.  ZPBŠ goals, among others, are:
- developing sporting activities

- promoting fair-play and social cohesion ideas,
- educating younger generations through cultural, sporting and social activities.

Judy Rees is known worldwide as a practical implementer of the precision inquiry methodology Clean Language, and as the co-author of the bestselling book on the topic, "Clean Language: Revealing Metaphors and Opening Minds".

She works extensively with individuals, organisations and teams to help them work better together through more effective communication. She teaches practical Clean Language skills to Agile coaches and other business change agents worldwide.

A former journalist and media executive based in London, UK, she holds a European Media Masters degree and is a Fellow of the RSA.

Daniel Podolský has been a devoted project management fan since 2000.

During this time, he managed to gather a notable experience from various project situations both in private and public sectors. He is a certified IPMA® Level B project manager and PMI® Project Management Professional and the current president of Project management Institute Slovakia Chapter.

Kristína Mittra neé Jakábeková is an Aviation & Aerospace Project Manager who helps adopt SCRUM framework across organizations. She has previous experience with delivering projects in web, finance, and media areas. Currently, she's helping FlightGlobal, the aviation and aerospace leader in data analytics, become GDPR compliant.

Ivett (formerly known as Rafael) is a Lead Developer at Budapest-based Emarsys and a frequent speaker at conferences around Europe. As a founding member of Emarsys CraftLab – the dedicated coaching team of Emarsys – she has taught university courses, talked at numerous conferences and visited multiple companies as an external consultant. Her passion for short feedback loops drove her to create Lean Poker (http://leanpoker.org), a workshop where developers have the opportunity to experiment with continuous delivery in a safe environment. She is also the creator and host of the Morning Commute YouTube channel inspiring the next generation of developers to broaden their knowledge.

Viktor Farcic is a Principal Consultant at CloudBees, a member of the Docker Captains group, and published author. He coded using a plethora of languages starting with Pascal (yes, he is old), Basic (before it got Visual prefix), ASP (before it got .Net suffix), C, C++, Perl, Python, ASP.Net, Visual Basic, C#, JavaScript, Java, Scala, etc. He never worked with Fortran. His current favorite is Go. His big passions are DevOps, Microservices, Continuous Integration, Delivery and Deployment (CI/CD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD). He often speaks at community gatherings and conferences (latest can be found here). He published The DevOps Toolkit Series and Test-Driven Java Development. Artur Margonari

Artur Margonari is passionate about Agile, which he applies daily in his personal life. He works as Agile Coach, Trainer and Facilitator at Wemanity Belgium and has more than 5 years experience in practicing and helping organizations to be more Agile, to form powerful teams and to deliver great products. He is board member of the Agile Consortium Belgium, a non-profit organization that offers an independent platform where Agile knowledge is created and shared and, by learning and sharing best Agile practices, we strive to inspire our members and guide them to become more effective. On top of that, he invests his free time to organize meetups, trainings and big conferences, such as Agile Tour Brussels. His essence and way of life can be represented by Mahatma Gandhi’s saying: The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. Hobbies & passions: guitar, ukulele & harmonica, archery, human being, martial arts and traveling.

Alexandra “Alex” Foglszinger Janiak is an Application Development Team Leader for System Integrator company Soitron. She is managing 3 different teams using two different Agile methodologies – Scrum and Kanban. As a volunteer, she is facilitating and delivering Project Management lectures to NGOs, such as Mini Tech MBA, and Aj Ty v IT, both aiming to increase the number of female representatives in STEM. Her life motto is: “Everything is possible, unless you think otherwise”, which she proved by gaining her University degree with two toddlers and a full time job.

Vojtech "Vojto" Bálint

Vojtech Bálint works for DXC Technology (previously HP) as a solution architect, has also worked as a developer, team leader and analyst. His primary task is to link business, application and technology architecture with emphasis on the value it brings to the customer. for more than five years, he has been focusing on agile development methods and customer centered development. He likes to accept new challenges and together with his team tries to motivate others to use these approaches in an environment not used to it. He participated in the design and implementation of projects for the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Interior, Customs Directorare and ZSSK (Slovakrail)

Veronika Ferčíková

Veronika is a Head of the Department of Process Measurement and Evaluation at the Analytical unit of The Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic. She is responsible for the ongoing national project aiming to create a business architecture of public administration processes in relation to life events of citizens and enterpreneurs. Promoting unified methodology across various public authorities she is is trying to contribute to silos effect reduction and by proper process analysis to increace chances for better and citizen oriented IT projects.
